What is this store's return & exchange policy?
Returns We are happy to return any items that are unworn, unwashed, with original tags still attached for store credit. We will issue an exchange for sizes.
Exchange Policy Merchandise must be returned within 3 days of receipt. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. Merchandise must have all tags, if any included. Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned. Hair accessories, hats, opened makeup, earrings, ear cuffs, underwear and bodysuits cannot be returned. All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels. All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact. Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
U.S. Hassle-Free Exchange After three days, orders may be returned for store credit or exchange free of charge, while original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do! Shipping costs will apply after purchase.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 3 business days to arrive in the US & 10 business days for international orders to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may also vary between 2 and 4 weeks. Most orders are shipped the same day of purchase.
